Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to perpbrain.com and all hosted Services. (The MIT-licensed code is governed by its licence, but we ask everyone to follow these principles.)

You must not

Manipulate markets: spoofing, layering, wash trading, pump-and-dump schemes, quote stuffing, front-running, cornering, or any deceptive or manipulative trading, or use PerpBrain to plan or test such schemes against real venues.
Break sanctions: use the Services if you are, or act for, a person on the UN Security Council Consolidated List, the UAE Local Terrorist List, or other sanctions lists that apply to us (including OFAC, EU lists), or if you are located in a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction. Do not pay from wallets linked to sanctioned persons, mixers used to hide sanctioned funds, or proceeds of crime.
Launder money or finance terrorism, or evade venue or regulatory controls (including geo-restrictions of Hyperliquid or any other venue).
Offer regulated services using PerpBrain without the licence they require, such as managing others' money, giving investment advice, or operating a virtual asset service, and suggest that PerpBrain endorses you.
Misrepresent results: present simulations as live performance, alter receipts, strip "not modelled" disclosures, or publish performance claims that imply PerpBrain endorses them.
Abuse the Services: exceed rate limits, share or resell API keys or hosted data without permission, scrape, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, introduce malware, or disrupt other users.
Break other law, infringe others' rights, or send spam.

Security research

Good-faith vulnerability reports are welcome at [email protected]. Do not access other people's data or degrade the Services.

Enforcement

We may investigate, suspend or end access, refuse or hold payments where the law requires, and report to the relevant UAE authorities (such as the Financial Intelligence Unit) where we must.
